WHAT WE DO

Over 300 ACBL Units supervise and promote bridge within their boundaries. Each Unit has the exclusive right to host sectionals in their territory and may conduct other special games such as unit championships.

Unit 249 runs 10 sectional tournaments each year and a regional tournament every second year. The Unit also focuses on bridge education for players and club directors, promotes membership to the ACBL and above all, attempts to enhance the enjoyment of the game for all members.

Unit 249 includes 24 bridge clubs that encompass the geographic area in Southwestern Ontario from Guelph to Windsor to Georgian Bay.
